I watched a fitness show tonight and it motivated me to be more accountable for myself. I have started and stopped so many programs, and I am over it! I just want to look in the mirror and look healthy and Sexy, not only for MYSELF....but for my SEXY Husband! I think about how after 1 1/2 years are up...Ben's Golfing (He is a pro golfer) career will BOOM!...and He needs a HOTT, ALL AROUND American Beauty Queen. He deserves the best... and I deserve the best.
My Short term goal for now... I am roughly 188 on a good day/ 190 on a bad day.

BY JANUARY 1st 2014 I WANT TO WEIGH 160
Which Means.... I need to lose
30 POUNDS
By the end of this year. Totally doable!
